We've had quite a year as the "Stupid Car Tray" family. We officially launched our product right from our home office in January and couldn't have imagined the fun and growth we've had in just 6 short months. Two years of constant work paying off is a good feeling - but we needed a break for our own sanity! Luckily, we found a week to take a road trip out west while still keeping business moving (thanks to great friends and family). Here's a short recap of our adventure.
One thing that we all agree on as a Stupid family, is that we love camping, so we did quite a bit on our way across to Montana. Our first tent was pitched in South Dakota at Devil's Tower. The majesty of that monument was easy to experience.
We learned that the origin of the name was a simple mistake. It originated in 1875 during an expedition led by Colonel Richard Irving Dodge. The Colonel's interpreter misinterpreted a native name to mean "Bad God's Tower".
